• All receipts must be received by July15th.
• A copied or reprinted receipt will not be accepted.
• Exchanged or returned merchandise shall not be counted towards the amount of purchased merchandise required to qualify for the $500.00 VISA gift card under this promotion.

“Klauer Manufacturing Soffit Promotion” Official Rules

Program Period

The Klauer Manufacturing Soffit Promotion (“Promotion”) shall be in effect for qualifying purchases of Klauer soffit products from Spahn & Rose, net of any returned soffit product, from March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Eligibility

Only qualifying purchases, net of any returns, of Klauer Manufacturing soffit purchased from Spahn & Rose by customers who have not defaulted and whose accounts remain in good standing during the Program Period shall be considered as a qualifying purchase under the promotion. Qualifying purchases by the customer must be entered, shipped, billed and paid for within the Program Period listed above. Any material on back-order will not be eligible for rewards. Any claim under the promotion must be received by Klauer Manufacturing on or before June 30, 2025. By signing the promotion enrollment form, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and regulations and are confirming your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Program.

Reward Details

Any customer who purchases twenty-one (21) boxes of Klauer Manufacturing soffit from Spahn & Rose during the promotion period shall be entitled to a VISA gift card in the amount of $500.00 upon the mailing in of a receipt evidencing such purchase consistent with the terms set forth herein.

Reward Limitations

No Limits. All customers must be within terms for the Program Period in order to be eligible to receive the reward for the program listed above. Any customer account not within terms will forfeit all rewards. The Company has the right to void any and all rewards for any accounts not within terms at its discretion. Rewards are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. Lost, stolen or mutilated VISA gift cards will not be replaced.

Tax Liability on Reward

Neither Klauer Manufacturing, nor Spahn & Rose gives any warranty or accepts any responsibility as to the taxation treatment of a reward under the promotion.

Questions or Subjects Not Covered: Any questions or subjects not covered specifically by the Official Promotion Rules will be subject to review and final decision by Klauer Manufacturing. The Klauer Manufacturing’s calculation and/​or evaluation of reward eligibility are final and determined in the Klauer Manufacturing’s absolute discretion and will be based on information available to and in possession of the Company at the relevant time.

Rights and Limitations

Klauer Manufacturing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion as determined by Klauer Manufacturing in its sole discretion. Any modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be communicated to the Participants on its website at: klauer​.com/​s​o​f​f​i​t​-​p​r​o​m​otion.

Klauer Manufacturing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Program should causes beyond the control of the Klauer Manufacturing, in the company’s sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Program.

Klauer Manufacturing reserves the right to allow, modify, or disallow reward earnings for purchases which fall into the categories of bid, contract or special discount business. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Klauer Manufacturing reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Klauer Manufacturing may disqualify eligible enrollees from the Program if enrollee submits inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent claims or information. Klauer Manufacturing reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Program in its sole discretion. All decisions made by Klauer Manufacturing are final. Klauer Manufacturing is not responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses incurred as a result of this Program. For enrollees that have a direct contractual relationship with Klauer Manufacturing, all contracts and amendments with the Company must be current and the enrollee’s account must be in good standing to qualify for Program rewards at all times.

These terms contain all the terms agreed between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the parties, whether oral or in writing. No representation, undertaking or promise has been given nor shall be taken to have been given or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the parties prior to accepting these terms. Neither party has relied on any prior representations, undertakings or promises and the parties hereby waive any right, claim or remedy which they might otherwise have had in relation to them.

Compliance with the Laws

This promotion is valid in the U.S. and for soffit purchased and sold in the U.S. only and is void where prohibited by law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced with the internal laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms, be deemed omitted from these terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
